Understand accounts and licences
We review the existing email platform, user accounts, licence assignments and business requirements before changing settings. Features vary by subscription and organisation policy. A plan should be selected for the actual needs rather than assumed to include every Microsoft service.
Mail and workplace configuration
Work can include Outlook setup, mailbox permissions, shared resources and supported collaboration settings. Domain and DNS changes need a coordinated migration plan to avoid disrupting mail. Existing archives and mailbox data should be identified before accounts are removed or replaced.
Access and account lifecycle
We plan onboarding, leaver access removal and appropriate administrative roles. Multi-factor authentication and recovery arrangements should be considered together. Users enter passwords and verification codes themselves; these should not be sent through a support form.
Support and handover
After changes, we check sign-in, mail flow and the agreed access scenarios. Configuration responsibilities and licence renewal dates should be documented. Tell us your provider, approximate account count, current issue and intended migration date. Subscription and third-party service fees are scoped separately where applicable.
